My wife and I started our real estate journey in our early twenties when we bought our first home. With youthful determination we turned our sweat equity into a profit and haven’t looked back. Since then, we’ve owned multiple homes, gaining invaluable experience with each. With more than four years as a licensed realtor, over a decade as a landlord, and extensive expertise in home renovations, I’m passionate about helping families achieve their real estate dreams.

Through my hands-on construction experience, I’ve developed expertise across a wide range of skills. Over the years, I’ve built decks, designed and installed bathrooms and kitchens, and gained a comprehensive understanding of nearly every aspect of home construction. This practical knowledge allows me to confidently guide clients through the purchasing process, identifying potential issues—especially important in a city like Victoria, known for its abundance of older homes.

Originally from Langley, I moved to Victoria in 2003, drawn to its breathtaking beauty, vibrant community, and incredible lifestyle. After three years of playing volleyball with Camosun College and coaching local sports, I’ve carried the values of teamwork, dedication and attention to detail into my real estate career. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, playing ice hockey, running, walking the family dog, and working on home improvement projects. Most recently, I had the privilege of contributing to one of Greater Victoria’s largest land assemblies, deepening my passion for helping clients navigate the dynamic real estate market.
